The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Marketing Automation platforms, CRM systems and customer data, with experience building automated customer journeys, managing campaign execution and continually optimising performance through testing and insight.

Responsibilities:

  • Build dynamic audience segmentations using customer data, behavioural information and business rules.
  • Manage campaign scheduling, deployment and ongoing optimisation.
  • Develop and deploy personalised and dynamic campaign content using customer data, segmentation and Marketing Automation capabilities.
  • Collaborate with our Digital team to build, maintain and optimise HTML email templates, landing pages and forms.
  • Work closely with clients, internal teams and third-party technology partners to coordinate campaign delivery and resolve technical issues.
  • Manage customer data within Marketing Automation platforms, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Carry out comprehensive testing and quality assurance across campaigns, automations, customer journeys, segmentation and data prior to deployment.
  • Manage Levo’s testing and optimisation programme, including A/B testing, performance analysis and continuous improvement.
  • Manage the capture, validation, routing and assignment of marketing leads into CRM platforms, ensuring a seamless handover into sales.
  • Monitor campaign performance, providing insight and recommendations to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Manage campaign tracking, including UTM structures, cookies and digital tracking requirements.
  • Work alongside our CRM, Data and Digital teams to ensure campaign performance is accurately measured and reported.
  • Support the ongoing development of Marketing Automation processes, best practice and documentation.
  • Keep up to date with new Marketing Automation capabilities, CRM developments and industry best practice.
